Our Firefly Rewards program is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our fabulous customers – both online and at our brick-and-mortar shop – with exclusive rewards for your purchases!

Create an online account with Firefly Fibers to collect and redeem rewards - you must be logged into your account when you order to receive or redeem rewards.
EARN...
$1 = 1 Firefly Point
- Earn 1 Firefly Point for every dollar spent online or in-store on in-stock items.
- Points are issued when we fulfill your order.
- Points and rewards are valid for 90 days after the date the points were issued.
REDEEM...
Points are redeemable on in-stock merchandise and up to $25 in rewards can be applied to a single order.
- Example... 100 points = $5 OFF, 500 points = $25 OFF, etc.
Additional rewards... check back from time to time for additional rewards (free products, free shipping, additional discounts...).
Our rewards can change over time, so if you see a reward you know you want, redeem your points because it may disappear.
REDEEMING
When you're eligible for a reward, redeem your points for rewards online or in-store.
- Online: redeem within the reward program for a unique discount code to apply to your order when you check out (before making payment).
- In-Store: just let us know that you'd like to redeem points when you checkout (before payment is processed) or give us the code if you redeemed rewards online.
Points are not automatically redeemed (they're your points and you decide when to use them) so be sure redeem before you complete payment online or we process payment in-store. We are unable to apply rewards after your order is completed with payment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - the fine print...
Some reward exclusions may apply, these products will indicate this.
Gift card purchases are excluded from earning points, but you'll earn rewards when using a gift card to pay for an order.
We reserve the right to adjust point balances for errors, including, but not limited to: returns, points earned in error, ineligible products (special orders, classes, gift certificates...).
If you return any of the items purchased with a reward discount code, the reward discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit and your reward will no longer be available.
Reward discount codes can only be redeemed once and only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction. If you have more than one code to redeem (i.e. promotional code for a sale or more than one reward redeemed...) you will need to place separate orders.
If you redeem your reward for a purchase less than the full value of a reward, the balance of the reward is not redeemable on another purchase
Sorry, we can't redeem points or rewards after your transaction is completed, so please enter your discount code during online checkout or let us know in-store before we process payment.
Firefly Fibers reserves the right to modify or cancel the reward program and the rewards or coupons within the program at any time.
