Welcome to Firefly Rewards!

Our rewards program is our way of saying thank you for shopping with us! Earn points every time you shop—online or in-store—and treat yourself to exclusive rewards.

1. Join

Create an account with Firefly Fibers to start earning. Just make sure you’re logged in when you place an order to earn points and redeem rewards!

2. Earn

$1 = 1 Firefly Point

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on in-stock merchandise (online or in-store).

• You do earn points when paying with a gift card or buying sale items!

• Exclusions: Buying gift cards, classes, or special events doesn't earn points (watch for tags on any other excluded items).

• Points are added to your account once your order is fulfilled and are valid for 90 days.

3. Redeem

Redeem points for discounts (e.g., 150 points = $5 off)

• One Code Per Order: Reward codes are single-use, so pick your best code at checkout! They may not combine with certain sale items or promotions.

• Use It All: If your order total is less than the reward value, any remaining balance does not roll over.

• Snag Favorites Fast: Rewards change over time! If you see a reward you love, grab it before it’s gone.

How to Use Your Rewards

• Online: Log into your account, redeem your points for a unique discount code, and enter it at checkout before paying.

• In-Store: Let us know you’d like to use your points at the register before we process payment (or show us a code you generated online!).

Friendly Reminder: Be sure to apply you reward (or ask us to when shopping in-store) before completing payment-we aren't able to apply rewards to discount codes after checkout is finished.

Program Rules

• Returns: If you return an item bought with a reward, the reward value is deducted from your refund credit, and the reward cannot be reused.

• Adjustments: Firefly Fibers reserves the right to correct point balance errors (like returned items or system glitches) and modify or update the rewards program at any time.
