In-Store Shopping at our brick-and-mortar shop is available by appointment ONLY - schedule your appointment here. We no longer have regular walk-in shopping days and hours.
In-Store Shopping | Masks Required:
- Masks are required, properly covering your nose and mouth - we'll be masked up, too. Masks are available if you don't have one.*
- Please respect the personal space of our staff and other customers and allow social distancing of 6' when possible.
*Our goal is to keep everyone safe, so we can continue offering and expanding our in-person shopping. We require that everyone wears a mask when entering and while in our shop out of respect and safety for our community as a whole – if you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, we're happy to ship your order and contactless pickup is available at our front door for our local customers outside of our shop hours.
| SHIPPING UPDATES |
At Firefly Fibers, we committed to shipping out all orders in a timely manner - orders leave the shop within our normal timeframe of 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), but in times of heavier orders, it may take us just a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.
- Package Delays | Please be patient if your order is in transit longer than normal. If you are seeing a delay that is concerning or have a delivery issue, please contact your local Post Office - we don't have access to any more information than you and your local Post Office will be your best resource.
- UPS Shipping | UPS is also an option, if that's a better way for you to receive packages, and this has been added to our checkout.
- Local Pickup | Locals, select Pickup when you check out and you'll receive an email when your order is ready. Visit the shop during our walk-in hours and come in to get your order, or schedule a time to pick your order up at our front door outside shop hours (link provided in email).
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING... we're still seeing increased international shipping delays & restrictions (some countries are not accepting packages via USPS and may need to be shipped another method). Please be aware that we do not check International shipping availability, so it is up to you to know if your country will accept the shipment. As well, if you would like to purchase insurance (available for all shipping methods and recommended), please contact us or leave a note in your cart and we can check rates for you.
